If you wait for HIM to come, then how long will you wait? Haha forever? Sometimes you've just got to make things happen. Be outgoing, be spontaneous. If you like someone, go for it! (Yeah right, I'm one big talker. lol. My aussie friend always say that to me - 'go for it! You don't know if you don't try!') I'm just being random really. It's just a thought, only a thought.
